Cláudia ginecologista nem olhou no rosto da minha esposa e de imediato se prontificou a dizer que o plano da minha esposa não cobria uma cirurgia que o próprio plano de saúde havia informado que atendia por telefone, a dra. nem examinou minha esposa e deixou que a enfermeira a atendesse, descaso total, mais de um mês de espera para um encaminhamento para cirurgia, minha esposa perdeu seu tempo longe do trabalho para receber todo este descaso, a dra. nem sequer estava uniformizada, descaso total, depois de todo este descaso minha esposa ligou para a central Santa Helena onde mais uma vez remarcou a consulta, desta vez direto com o cirurgião, a Santa Helena "Saúde" deveria se preocupar mais com o treinamento de seus funcionários que não estão preparados a lidar com o publico, cada um fala uma coisa diferente, que sistema é esse? Total descaso, vou trocar o mais rápido possível de plano de saúde, pois este pra mim não vale nada, não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu achei desorganizado. Após você ter seu atendimento (somente agendado), você precisa pegar uma senha pra marcar exames futuros na recepção, que por sinal não marcam, só te entregam a guia pra vc mesmo ligar.
Acho que o procedimento de aguardar 30 min na recepção pra retirar uma guia de exames poderia ser mais facilitado.
A senha vc tem que retirar com um atendente que fica na porta de entrada, mas ela não aparece no painel, porque não funciona; deve se atentar aos avisos sonoros das recepcionistas.
Acho que por ser uma clínica que trabalha com agendamento, estava muito desorganizado, parecendo postinho UBS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olho no google diz que abre aos sábados até 12:00 vim de outra cidade para pegar um exame e fechado,o telefone ninguém atende ,liguei várias vezes na semana ninguém atende ,ligo na central diz que só tem esse numero ,falta de respeito com o cliente,e o pior que o exame que preciso fazer só tem em Diadema e São Bernardo porque na minha cidade não tem mais esse exame.

Tem q rever esses horários q agendam horas para a gente ficar esperando o médico almoçar, como se não tivéssemos nada pra fazermos.. Cadê os gestores dessa empresa q não vêem isso??? PÉSSIMOS NUM CONTEXTO GERAL .
DUAS horas pra conseguir passar na recepção , como se já não bastasse erraram na abertuda da minha ficha , esperei por mais meia hora pra resolverem o problema da ficha e la se vai horas esperando .
Sem contar que não tem ninguém do administrativo no período noturno ! PESSIMOOOOOOOOO
