Minha esposa está grávida, com 37 semanas de gestação, fomos para para fazer uma USG Obstétrica, que não durou nem 4 minutos e ainda vem com a imagem ruim, 8 horas da manhã e ela só foi atendida 12h30min da tarde. Isso é absurdo ! A paciente com uma barriga de 9 meses com fome e cansada. E ainda colocam um aviso de prioridade na porta... a pessoa chega para perguntar aos recepcionista sobre a prioridade e a única coisa que sabem dizer é que já ta encaixado nos prioridades, parecem um monte de robô com mensagem gravada. Sem contar que o atendimento é um porcaria e o telefone a gente liga e nunca atendem.
 I want to leave my indignation with this clinic here. My wife is pregnant, at 37 weeks gestation, we went to do an Obstetric USG, which didn't even last 4 minutes and still comes up with the bad image, 8 am and it was only answered 12:30 pm in the afternoon. This is absurd! The patient with a hungry and tired 9 month belly. And they still put a priority notice on the door ... the person arrives to ask the receptionist about the priority and the only thing they can say is that it's already in the priorities, they look like a bunch of message-engraved robots. Not to mention that the service sucks and the phone we call and never answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se olhar pela aparência é nota 10, se olhar pelo atendimento é nota zerooooooooo. Tive que me deslocar 36 kms só para ter uma informação que poderia ter sido dada por telefone, nunca atende o telefone
If looking at the appearance is a 10, if looking at the service is zerooooooooo. I had to travel 36 kms just to get information that could have been given by phone, never answer the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, viajei mais de 70km para fazer um exame chegando lá a recepcionista marcou o dia errado tive que voltar e ir no outro dia, mandaram ir em um horário chegando lá só foi atender em outro. Decepcionada!!
Poor service, I traveled more than 70km to take an exam, getting there, the receptionist set the wrong day, I had to come back and go the next day, they told me to go at one time, arriving there, I only went to another one. Disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 7h ,atendimento por ordem de chegada. Pessoas que chegaram depois foram atendidas primeiro. Não sei qual é o critério para o atendimento. Mas foi quase a última e com dores . Não satisfeita.
I arrived at 7:00 am, on a first-come, first-served basis. People who arrived later were served first. I don't know what the criteria for attendance are. But it was almost the last and in pain. Not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente eles não atende suas chamadas e quando atende fala como se fosse com um cachorro . Muito triste com o atendimento de vcs queria ter gravado no dia que a atendente bateu o celular em minha cara . Vcs tem uma estruturas das melhores de serrinha parabéns por isso mas acho que deveria pensar mais nós clientes .
Lack of respect for the customer they don't answer your calls and when they answer they talk like a dog. Very sad with your service, I wish I had recorded the day the attendant slammed the phone in my face. You guys have one of the best structures in serrinha, congratulations for that but I think you should think more about us customers.
