Duas vezes perguntei na recepção se a dentista iria conseguir me atender no horário, a primeira vez me falaram que ela já iria me atender, isso às 13:08, às 13:25 perguntei de novo e aí me falaram que ela estava almoçando! Aí não dá né! Fui embora, pois tinha outro compromisso. Zero organização, consideração e respeito por parte da dentista Carla, sala 4.
Terrible! I made an appointment at 1:00 pm and waited until 1:30 pm. Twice I asked at the reception if the dentist would be able to see me on time, the first time they told me she would already see me, at 13:08, at 13:25 I asked again and then they told me she was having lunch! Then it can't be done! I left because I had another appointment. Zero organization, consideration and respect on the part of the dentist Carla, room 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escrevo para relatar a experiência desumana que tive com a Dra Carla Valeriano Salles CRO sp90520! Em 29/Jun/2021, procurei o Consultório CENTRO ODONTOLOGICO EM BUSCA DO SORRISO PERFEITO S/S LTDA, CNPJ 08.972.320/0001-15 (RUA SANTA JUSTINA, 222), por motivos de dor de dente aguda! Sou conveniado da Amil Dental (080974882) e a Dra Carla (CRO sp90520) solicitou exame periapical e o fiz no mesmo dia, na UNIRADIOGRAPHIC - MOEMA. Na sequência, a Dra Carla (CRO sp90520) analisou o exame e constatou que eu tinha várias coisas para fazer na boca (cáries, início de tártaro, principio de inflamação na raíz, etc) e o mais urgente seria o tratamento de canal. Fiz o tratamento de canal com o Dr Antonio no mesmo consultório citado e deu tudo certo. No dia 30/Jul/2021 retornei à consulta com a Dra Carla (CRO sp90520) para fechamento do dente que foi feito o tratamento de canal e para dar sequência nas "outras coisas" que tínhamos para fazer, porém, ela me disse que iria fazer uma limpeza apenas. Quando eu lembrei ela do que tínhamos que fazer, a Dra Carla (CRO sp90520) simplesmente me disse que não iria fechar o meu dente, pois segundo ela, precisaria fazer coroa de valor R$1.500,00 (um mil e quinhetos reais). Eu pedi gentilmente para ela fechar o meu dente, mas ela se negou. Na sequência eu falei que estava com dor de dente e em uma atitude de muita má vontade, suspirou e disse que ía dar uma olhada, mas sem nenhuma demonstração de ânimo, muito menos, profissionalismo. Eu saí da cadeira dizendo à ela que iria fazer reclamações na Amil, redes sociais, CROSP e abrir um processo contra danos morais. Continuo com minha dor, dente aberto e fica aqui registrada a minha reclamação contra a Dra Carla Valeriano Salles CRO sp90520.
I am writing to report the inhuman experience I had with Dr Carla Valeriano Salles CRO sp90520! On June 29, 2021, I looked for the CENTRO ODONTOLOGICO IN SEARCH OF SORRISO PERFEITO S/S LTDA, CNPJ 08.972.320/0001-15 (RUA SANTA JUSTINA, 222), for reasons of acute toothache! I am affiliated with Amil Dental (080974882) and Dr Carla (CRO sp90520) requested a periapical exam and I did it on the same day, at UNIRADIOGRAPHIC - MOEMA. Next, Dr Carla (CRO sp90520) analyzed the exam and found that I had several things to do in my mouth (cavities, beginning of tartar, beginning of root inflammation, etc.) and the most urgent would be root canal treatment. I underwent root canal treatment with Dr Antonio in the same office mentioned above and everything worked out fine. On 30/Jul/2021 I returned to the appointment with Dr Carla (CRO sp90520) to close the tooth that had undergone root canal treatment and to continue with the "other things" we had to do, however, she told me she would go do a cleaning only. When I reminded her of what we had to do, Dr Carla (CRO sp90520) simply told me that she would not close my tooth, because according to her, I would need to make a crown worth R$1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais). I gently asked her to close my teeth, but she refused. Then I said I had a toothache and was in a very unwilling attitude, sighed and said I was going to take a look, but without any show of courage, much less professionalism. I left the chair telling her that I would file complaints with Amil, social networks, CRSP and file a lawsuit against moral damages. I still have my pain, my teeth are open and my complaint against Dr. Carla Valeriano Salles CRO sp90520 is here registered.

E quando é questionado o atraso a recepcionista pouco se importa.
Assim que você entra no consultório o "Doutor"(entre aspas mesmo) Dentista já vai de cara te oferecer clareamento
1h30 delay in service and they don't even give time estimates,
