★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto dos produtos por isso sempre comprei na loja, mas ganhei um tênis de presente e a parte da frente veio com umas manchas em um dos pares, pareceu defeito de fabricação, ontem levei o tênis na loja para trocar e a vendedora fez um comentário "eu que fiz a venda desse tênis e não estava manchado" foi um péssimo atendimento, pois o tênis não havia sido usado e com certeza saiu da loja manchado. O tênis foi trocado, porém comentário foi desagradável e atendimento muito ruim. Pensarei duas vezes antes de comprar lá novamente.
I like the products so I always bought them at the store, but I got a sneaker as a gift and the front came with some stains on one of the pairs, it looked like a manufacturing defect, yesterday I took the sneaker to the store to change and the seller made a comment " I made the sale of these shoes and it wasn't stained" was a terrible service, because the shoes had not been used and it certainly left the store stained. The shoes were changed, but the comment was unpleasant and the service was very poor. I will think twice before shopping there again.
