★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bolsa e a mesma com 2 vezes de uso começou a destacar. Entrei em contato com a loja pelos 2 whatsapps e pelo Instagram, passaram dias sem me responder. Quando responderam, me informaram que só podiam tratar do meu caso por ligação. Informei que estava em horário de trabalho e que eles poderiam manter contato pelo whatsapp, a pessoa que me me atendeu me informou que "SE EU QUISESSE" ligasse para a loja após o meu expediente que ela falariam comigo. E realmente só falaram quando eu liguei, pois nenhuma mensagem eles respondiam mais. Ao ligar, 2 pessoas me atenderam, pra me dizer que não era com elas o caso. Só depois de muito estresse é que a pessoa do Caixa (Ana Paula Lucena) que me atendeu e realmente resolveu o meu problema.
Gostaria de enaltecer o atendimento e paciência de Ana Paula Lucena, que foi muito prestativa e atenciosa comigo. Diferentemente das demais atendentes que me ignoraram.
I bought a bag and the same with 2 times of use started to stand out. I contacted the store through 2 whatsapps and Instagram, days went by without replying. When they responded, they informed me that they could only handle my case by calling. I informed them that I was on working hours and that they could keep in touch via whatsapp, the person who answered me informed me that "IF I WANTED" to call the store after my shift and they would speak to me. And they really only spoke when I called, because they didn't answer any more messages. When I called, 2 people answered me, to tell me that it was not the case with them. It was only after a lot of stress that the person from Caixa (Ana Paula Lucena) who attended me and really solved my problem.
I would like to praise the service and patience of Ana Paula Lucena, who was very helpful and attentive to me. Unlike the other attendants who ignored me.
