★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não tem um site. No guichê da rodoviária de Pará de Minas não tem os horários afixados. Telefonei várias vezes hoje para perguntar o horário para BH e não atendeu. Quando cheguei na rodoviária o empregado da empresa estava batendo papo com os taxistas bem longe do telefone. A empresa ainda não chegou ao século 21.
 The company does not have a website. At the Pará de Minas bus station there are no timetables. I called several times today to ask the time for BH and did not answer. When I arrived at the bus station, the company employee was chatting with taxi drivers far away from the phone. The company has not yet reached the 21st century.

Entrei entrar em contato por telefone nos guichês da Empresa em Pará de Minas e em Belo Horizonte e ninguém atendeu em plena manhã de uma terça feira (dia útil). Se aproveitaram das condições da pandemia para reduzir os horários de ônibus e não retomaram até então, mesmo com a retomada da economia nos municípios que atentem em Minas Gerais. Além disso, alteram as poucas opções de horários que estão disponíveis frequentemente. Sem contar a péssima qualidade dos ônibus. Enfim não recomendo os serviços dessa empresa lixo de transporte.

I got in touch by phone at the Company's booths in Pará de Minas and Belo Horizonte and no one answered in the middle of a Tuesday morning (weekday). They took advantage of the pandemic conditions to reduce bus timetables and have not resumed until then, even with the recovery of the economy in the municipalities that serve in Minas Gerais. In addition, they change the few time options that are available frequently. Not to mention the poor quality of the buses. Anyway I don't recommend the services of this garbage transport company.
