★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , comprei uma. Cerâmica porém uma compra barata e perguntei se poderia ser entregue no outro dia pela manhã , me falaram que sim . Porém não entregaram conforme combinado liguei para vendedora e a mesma disse que não tinha conseguido entregar a tempo pela manhã porém entregariam na primeira entrega após o almoço , porém era 15 horas e não tinham entregado e meus pedreiros parados dentro da minha obra me causando transtorno , em de tudo o gerente da loja e um despreparado junto com a dona que simplesmente me disse a seguinte frase " seu material já saiu mas se quiser pode cancelar " , não assume o erro devolvi a compra fiquei com meu prejuízo e comprei em uma loja que sempre fui muito bem atendido . A e se vcs quiserem comprar básico barato procurem a loja POrtugal !!!
Bad service, I bought one. Pottery however a cheap purchase and I asked if it could be delivered the next day in the morning, I was told yes. However, they did not deliver as agreed, I called the seller and she said that she had not been able to deliver on time in the morning, but they would deliver on the first delivery after lunch, but it was 3 pm and they had not delivered and my masons stopped inside my work causing me inconvenience, in everything the store manager and an unprepared one along with the owner who simply said the following phrase "your material has already left but if you want you can cancel", do not assume the mistake I returned the purchase I lost my money and bought it in a store that I have always been very well attended. A and if you want to buy cheap basics look for the POrtugal store !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, funcionarios sem comprometimento, não procuram um melhor atendimento. Te deixam esperando chegar uma mercadoria, quando vai buscar não chegou e ainda te deixa falando sozinho. Não recomendo!!
I did not like it, employees without commitment, do not seek better service. They leave you waiting for merchandise to arrive, when you go to pick it up, it hasn't arrived and still leaves you talking to yourself. I do not recommend!!
