★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dependendo do dia e do horário você pega produtos super frescos e deliciosos ... ja tive as duas experiências, de pegar produto que acabou de sair e estava uma delícia e por outro lado peguei produto velho que parecia que estava lá mais de um mês.
O ideal é perguntar para os atendentes e caso não esteja a contento devolver ou pedir para trocar.
 Depending on the day and time you get super fresh and delicious products... I've had both experiences, picking up product that just came out and it was delicious and on the other hand I got old product that looked like it had been there for over a month.
The ideal is to ask the attendants and if you are not happy to return or ask for an exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedimos misto quente em pão de forma e ele (o pão) veio frio, além do preço ser maior do que o das outras padarias da região ! Que por sinal são muito melhores no atendimento !
Bad service, we ordered hot mix in loaf of bread and it (the bread) came cold, in addition to the price being higher than other bakeries in the region! Which by the way are much better in service!

Gostei do atendimento, funcionaria Maria sempre atenta em nossos pedidos, o buffet ok, poderia ter mais variedades de bolos e das próprias coisas que são produzidas, mas achei tudo gostoso.
O chato é que senti que o ambiente não é tão limpo. As mesas pareciam um pouco engordurada, a janela com cara de que não é limpa faz um tempinho e o chão não parecia que tinha sido varrido no dia... ?
We went for the buffet breakfast.
I liked the service, Maria was always attentive to our requests, the buffet was ok, there could have been more varieties of cakes and the things that are produced, but I thought it was all delicious.
The annoying thing is that I felt that the environment is not so clean. The tables looked a little greasy, the window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the floor didn't look like it had been swept that day... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam respeitar o padrão de gramas do pão. Em média o pãozinho deveria pesar entre 50 g e 55 g. Hoje ao comprar 3 pães os mesmo deram 267,84 gramas, ou seja, cada pãozinho na média 89,28 g no valor total de R$ 5,33 (em algumas outras padarias, gastaria por volta de R$ 3,50). Parece bobagem mas antes, quando era vendido por unidade, os comerciantes respeitavam as 50 gramas. Quando passou a ser cobrado por kilo os comerciantes aumentaram o peso do pãozinho para ganhar mais, pois consumidor pede por unidade e não por peso. Se uma família, com 4 pessoas, recursos financeiros limitados, tiver apenas R$ 4 para comprar os quatro pães não conseguirá, podendo comprar apenas 3 páes. Parece bobagem, mesquinharia, falta do que fazer mas é questão válida de analisar. Por gentileza, peço que respeitem o peso médio do pão entre 50g e 55g como algumas, poucas padaria o fazem .
They should respect the gram standard of bread. On average the bun should weigh between 50 g and 55 g. Today, when buying 3 loaves of bread, they yielded 267.84 grams, that is, each bun averaged 89.28 g for a total value of R$ 5.33 (in some other bakeries, I would spend around R$ 3.50). It sounds silly but before, when it was sold by the unit, traders respected the 50 grams. When it started to be charged per kilo, merchants increased the weight of the bun to earn more, as consumers ask for it by unit and not by weight. If a family, with 4 people, limited financial resources, has only R$ 4 to buy the four loaves of bread, it will not be able to, being able to buy only 3 loaves. It seems silly, petty, lack of what to do but it is a valid question to analyze. Please, I ask you to respect the average bread weight between 50g and 55g as some, few bakeries do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria é novíssima . Mas conta com time antigo de bons funcionários, comida e petiscos são ótimos, lugar limpo , claro, muito agradável. Padaria estava aberta no domingo e tudo muito bom e o preço é ótimo é o que faltava em Santo Andre.
The bakery is brand new. But it has an old team of good employees, food and snacks are great, clean place, of course, very pleasant. Bakery was open on Sunday and everything was very good and the price is great is what was lacking in Santo Andre.

It was my first visit to this bakery and the first impression was very good. I ended up having an afternoon coffee together with a football friend who hadn't seen each other in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buffet no almoço é bom se formos logo no começo. Falta reposição. Preço bom. Atendimento bom, rápido e eficiente. Demais produtos da padaria são bons e de qualidade.
Lunch buffet is good if you go early. Replacement is missing. Good price. Good service, fast and efficient. Other bakery products are good and quality.
