★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzas muito boas e diferentes, algumas com doce e salgado fantásticas, Alpha precisava de uma opção como essa, me surpreendeu, abriu em plena pandemia, mas soube se adaptar boa experiência tanto na entrega quando indo pegar lá, sempre com algum mimo, não vejo a hora de frequentar o estabelecimento.

Só uma observação, que também fiz ao atendente pelo telefone: a massa é muito boa, mas a cobertura da pizza, pela quantidade, está vindo como de "pizza brasileira comum". A pizza napoletana se destaca pela massa e sua fermentação; o recheio/cobertura deve prezar pela QUALIDADE, e não pela quantidade. A pizza que pedimos, pela quantidade absurda de queijo que veio, daria para fazer duas napoletanas tranquilamente. A pizza napoletana, pela sua característica, tem MENOS cobertura do que as pizzas brasileiras comuns. Errar isso descaracteriza a pizza napoletana. O pizzaiolo precisa se atentar a isso. Ninguém paga em média R$80 numa pizza napoletana se ele não tiver suas características. Não é só "massa de fermentação natural", mas TODA a pizza em si. Ajustando esse detalhe, tem tudo para ser a melhor pizza da cidade.

The pizza we ordered, due to the absurd amount of cheese that came, would make two napoletanas smoothly. Napoletana pizza, due to its characteristic, has LESS coverage than ordinary Brazilian pizzas. To miss this characterizes the napoletana pizza. The pizza maker needs to pay attention to this. Nobody pays an average of R $ 80 for a napoletana pizza if it doesn't have its characteristics. It's not just "natural fermentation dough", but ALL of the pizza itself. Adjusting this detail, it has everything to be the best pizza in town.
