Meu amigo já tinha ido umas duas vezes e nos levou.
Viajamos de SP e já tínhamos como destino pro almoço, ir lá.
Até chegamos um pouco tarde, uma hora antes de fecharem.
Comemos uma porção grande e outra pequena de tutu.
Acompanha arroz branco, torresmo, couve, bife de porco...
É maravilhoso esse prato.
Incrível mesmo.
Tomamos tb 2.5 litros de chope, o IPA.
Devo confessar que não gostei muito da IPA deles.
Tb provei a pilsen, e parecia estar azeda. Informei a funcionária.
O garçon que nos atendeu foi muito simpático. Gostamos muito de tudo.

My friend had already gone a couple of times and took us.
We traveled from SP and already had as a destination for lunch, to go there.
We even arrived a little late, an hour before closing time.
We ate a large and a small portion of tutu.
Accompany white rice, crackling, cabbage, pork steak...
This dish is wonderful.
Really amazing.
We also had 2.5 liters of draft beer, the IPA.
I must confess that I didn't really like their IPA.
I also tasted the pilsen, and it seemed to be sour. I informed the employee.
The waiter who served us was very friendly. We like everything very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive na casa uns anos atrás, e gostei. Durante uma nova estadia na cidade resolvi voltar pra comer uma pizza. Que pavor... Fazia tempo que não via um restaurante tão desorganizado e com serviço tão ruim como o que presenciei no Santa Pança. Santa Paciência, na verdade, espera de mais de uma hora, aguardamos do lado de fora pra aproveitar o parque que fica em frente, e, mesmo após o tempo combinado nosso pedido não estava pronto, aguardamos mais 15 minutos. Ao chegar uma pizza meia a meia e uma massa a bolonhesa pensei que a espera seria compensada, só que não. A massa veio muito cozida, macarrão empapado, o molho não é artesanal, de sachê pronto e não foi nem refogado, a carne moída parece que foi descongelada no microondas e misturada com o restante dos ingredientes, e tudo escondido em baixo do queijo. A pior parte foi a pizza. Chegou na mesa fria, e ao comer um pedaço solicitei ao garçom aquecer a pizza, ele levou a pizza. Passados 10 minutos ela chega, e novamente fria, decepcionante. Reparando ao redor várias mesas aguardando pedidos, garçons correndo pelo restaurante, funcionários sem saber dizer o por que da demora, na cozinha que estava de porta aberta uma confusão, pessoal agitado e em atrito, sem saber o que fazer, gerente fazendo pouco caso da queixa dos clientes, enfim, digno de uma participação no "Pesadelo na Cozinha".
Vejo que a casa tem tudo pra reverter a situação, vários funcionários, equipamentos, ponto muito bom, amplo espaço, mas, tá faltando vontade e amor pra fazer o negócio melhorar e satisfazer os clientes. Não volto, mas espero que melhorem.
I was at the house a few years ago, and I liked it. During a new stay in the city, I decided to come back for pizza. What a dread... It had been a while since I saw a restaurant as disorganized and with such bad service as the one I witnessed at Santa Pança. Santa Paciencia actually waits for over an hour, we wait outside to enjoy the park in front, and even after the agreed time our order was not ready, we waited another 15 minutes. When a half-and-half pizza and a bolognese dough arrived, I thought the wait would be made up, but not. The pasta was very cooked, the pasta was soggy, the sauce is not artisanal, ready-made in a sachet and was not even sauteed, the ground beef looks like it was thawed in the microwave and mixed with the rest of the ingredients, and everything was hidden under the cheese. The worst part was the pizza. It arrived at the cold table, and upon eating a piece I asked the waiter to heat the pizza, he took the pizza. After 10 minutes it arrives, and again cold, disappointing. Noticing around several tables waiting for orders, waiters running around the restaurant, employees not knowing why the delay, in the kitchen with the door open a mess, agitated and attritable staff, not knowing what to do, manager ignoring the customer complaint, finally, worthy of a participation in "Nightmare in the Kitchen".
I see that the house has everything to turn the situation around, several employees, equipment, very good location, ample space, but there is a lack of will and love to make the business improve and satisfy customers. I won't come back, but I hope they get better.
