ESSA LOJA ESTÁ VENDENDO TIJOLOS DIZENDO E COBRANDO COMO SE FOSSE PRIMEIRA E QUANDO ENTREGA, ENTREGA TIJOLO DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE, na primeira reclamaçao que fiz ele alegou que nao acompanha as entregas porque sai da cerâmica direto pra entrega, se desculpou dizendo que compensaria na outra compra e quando foi entregar pela segunda vez mandou tijolos de pessima qualidade novamente (tijolos crus) e no momento da reclamação passou o tempo todo rindo. Completa insatisfação, total desrespeito ao consumidor. Irei procurar meus direitos e medidas cabíveis ja que fiquei no prejuizo pelo dinheiro que paguei na primeira, e por toda violação aos deveres de qualidade no atendimento impostos pela legislação!
