★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei na Santana, variedade de produtos e preço razoável. Nessa quarentena colocaram um senhor lá na porta que eu não sei qual a função dele, cara fechada e mau humorado.
 I always bought at Santana a variety of products and a reasonable price. In that quarantine they put a man at the door that I don't know what his function is, his face closed and in a bad mood.

As vzs vc precisa de algo simples e tem que ir até o local pois os funcionários trata cliente de qqr geito como se ñ foce precisar da gente acho que tá faltando gerente lá pois ñ parece qui tem.....

I did not like the last time I was there I felt discriminated because I wanted to buy on the check I was asked for references from other places and I gave 4, you confirmed these references and everything was ok and even then they did not sell me
Disappointing I felt discriminated against very upset

The worst company in terms of customer service. People not helpful, at least here in my city. They don't answer the phone, they don't deliver as they speak. It would need to improve a lot.
