★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, 7 guichês de atendimento e apenas 2 atendendo. Alegam ser por causa da pandemia, mas se torna cansativo pois aproveitamos o horário do almoço pra resolver algo e com a demora não conseguimos chegar a tempo no serviço.
Long service, 7 service windows and only 2 answering. They claim to be because of the pandemic, but it becomes tiring because we take advantage of the lunch hour to solve something and with the delay we are unable to get to the service on time.
