Mas eu tive muito estresse pra conseguir receber a nota fiscal, que só me foi enviada hoje, dia 10/05, 6 dias após a compra, sendo que a nota fiscal deve ser gerada e entregue pro consumidor no dia da compra.
E no dia da compra quando perguntei em relação ao envio da nota eles me responderam que seria feito só no fim do mês, então se eu não corresse atrás do meu direito como consumidora eu ainda não teria recebido.
Então a nota baixa foi pelo transtorno pra que eles me gerassem e me enviassem a nota fiscal. Minha mãe teve um ótimo dia de spar, mas eu tive 6 dias de estresse.
I bought a day spar pack, on the 04/05th, as a gift for my mother, she loved the experience! But I had a lot of stress to be able to receive the invoice, which was only sent to me today, 05/10, 6 days after the purchase, and the invoice must be generated and delivered to the consumer on the day of purchase.
And on the day of purchase, when I asked about sending the invoice, they replied that it would only be done at the end of the month, so if I didn't pursue my right as a consumer I still wouldn't have received it.
So the low grade was due to the inconvenience for them to generate and send me the invoice. My mom had a great spar day, but I had 6 days of stress.
