★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma limpeza de pele "profunda" e detestei, a senhora de cabelo curtinho não tirou nada dos meus cravinhos, não usou luvas e sua mão cheirava a alho! Já fiz em outros lugares com valores menores e resultados realmente bons. Enfim, não volto mais.
Não sou fake, isso foi há 6 meses atrás e só agora vocês responderam (o descaso com o cliente). Minha experiência com a empresa de vocês foi pessima mesmo! Procurem melhorar o serviço oferecido ao invés de dar desculpas esfarrapadas.
I did a "deep" skin cleaning and hated it, the lady with short hair didn't take anything from my cloves, she didn't wear gloves and her hand smelled of garlic! I've done it elsewhere with lower values and really good results. Anyway, I'm not coming back.
I'm not fake, that was 6 months ago and only now have you responded (the neglect of the customer). My experience with your company was really bad! Try to improve the service offered instead of making lame excuses.
