★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabe quando você sente uma dor e acha que só vai piorar? Quando cheguei na Santé foi assim. Hoje faço exercícios que nunca imaginei conseguir fazer e é só aparecer uma dor diferente que as profissionais super competentes conseguem que tudo volte ao normal.
Com certeza, recomendo.
Do you know when you feel pain and think it will only get worse? When I arrived at Santé it was like this. Today I do exercises that I never imagined I could do and it is just a different pain that the super competent professionals manage to get everything back to normal.
I definitely recommend it.

Quando recebi o convite para fazer através das aulas on-line da SANTÉ não vacilei e fiz a inscrição em plena pandemia e isolamento social... estou entrando no terceiro mês de um longo e desafiador caminho de luta e aprendizado.
Estou feliz com meu desempenho e pronta pra continuar a ganhar: força e disciplina, menos dores e uma nova vida de saúde a descobrir!

I always dreamed of doing Pilates but because I live in a difficult access place I thought that only when I had a Studio on site. When I received the invitation to do it through SANTÉ's online classes, I didn't hesitate and enrolled in the middle of a pandemic and social isolation ... I'm entering the third month of a long and challenging path of struggle and learning.
I am happy with my performance and ready to continue to win: strength and discipline, less pain and a new life of health to discover!
