★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de alguma dificuldade em ser atendido por telefone, quando finalmente conseguir falar com o Gerante Edivan tudo fluiu, foi atencioso e proativo em resolver meu problema, minha devolução caiu na minha conta conforme combinado, agradeço a ele por esse atendimento excepcional, mas até falar com o gerente tive dificuldades com MUITAS ligações caindo(ou desligadas na minha cara) e até mesmo atendentes que não queriam me atender. Se os atendentes se espelhassem no gerente, quem sabe subiriam de cargo

Fui enganado nessa loja!!!
Me venderam errado e não trocaram.
Passei a lista de material para o vendedor, paguei e quando o eletrecista foi fazer o serviço viu que veio uns materiais errado.
Fui até a loja de Osasco com a nota fiscal e o material para a troca, chegando lá fui informado que a trocar só seria realizada com a nota de devolução.
Retornei hoje na loja com a nota de devolução e denovo não realizaram a troca.
Fora tudo isso fiquei 1 hora esperando e ainda o gerente da loja ficou rindo da minha cara.
O gerente em momento algum se apresentou como gerente, fiquei sabendo que ele era o gerente por outro funcionário.(deve ser gerente de desconto, gerente que não resolve nada tem que ser chamado de outro nome).
Me venderam errado e não trocaram!
Nem o sac da empresa resolveu.

They sold me wrong and didn't exchange it.
I passed the material list to the seller, paid and when the electrician went to do the service, he saw that some materials came wrong.
I went to the Osasco store with the invoice and the material for the exchange, when I got there I was informed that the exchange would only be carried out with the return note.
I went back to the store today with the return note and they didn't exchange it again.
Apart from all that, I waited 1 hour and the store manager was still laughing at me.
The manager never introduced himself as a manager, I learned that he was the manager by another employee. (must be a discount manager, a manager who doesn't solve anything has to be called by another name).
They sold me wrong and didn't exchange it!
Not even the company's bag solved it.
