Mas a funcionária não tirou as mãos do bolso em nenhum momento, nem para medir o quadro que levamos, ela passou a fita métrica para nós e só ficou esperando o resultado para anotar, e mal deu as molduras pra escolhermos, e por fim, nós que perguntamos se ela ia anotar em algum lugar as nossas solicitações, aí que ela resolveu pegar o talão de recibo como garantia.
Terrible attendance!! It was cold, ok it was!! But the employee didn't take her hands out of her pocket at any time, not even to measure the painting we took, she passed the measuring tape to us and just waited for the result to write it down, and she barely gave us the frames to choose, and finally, we that we asked her if she was going to write down our requests somewhere, then she decided to take the receipt slip as collateral.

A empresa passou o orçamento e após a vinda à minha casa para efetuar a medição, me passaram outro orçamento mais caro, alegando que no outro orçamento, tinham colocado acabamento redondo. Demonstrou uma falta de comprometimento com o cliente. Não compraria nessa empresa!
I asked for a quote and mentioned in the request that the finish would have to be square. The company gave me the budget and after coming to my house to carry out the measurement, they gave me another more expensive budget, claiming that in the other budget, they had a round finish. Demonstrated a lack of customer commitment. I wouldn't buy from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, muito descaso com o cliente hoje é dia 30/03/22 , solicitei um orçamento dia dia 14/03/22 e tive que ligar cobrando o orçamento no dia 17/03/22 foi quando me retornaram com o orçamento e eu aprovei apesar de achar um absurdo mas já fizeram isso de propósito, mas como eu estava precisando do serviço iria pagar e estou aguardando o retorno até hoje para o agendamento. Muito descaso, falta de comprometimento, graças a Deus não existe só eles, consegui realizar meu serviço por menos da metade que eles me cobraram e no dia seguinte!
Não recomendo o serviço deles de maneira nenhuma!
Bad service, very negligence with the customer today is 03/30/22, I requested a quote on 03/14/22 and had to call charging the quote on 03/17/22, that's when they got back to me with the quote and I I approved despite finding it absurd but they already did it on purpose, but as I needed the service I would pay and I'm waiting for the return until today for the appointment. A lot of neglect, lack of commitment, thank God it's not just them, I managed to perform my service for less than half what they charged me and the next day!
I do not recommend their service at all!
