★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um material e quando seria entregue, atendente informou q estava livre pra entrega, porém não recebi a mercadoria, quando questionei que ainda não tinha recebido, fui informada que eu tinha que esperar o caminhão encher para entregar. Sinceramente foi uma falta de respeito com quem era cliente deles a tempo.
Percebi que quando comprei materiais com valores alto, não tinha problema de entrega, ou seja, se o valor for baixo eles entregam quando eles querem, sem ao menos dar uma posição ao cliente, deixando como descaso a obra.
I requested a material and when it would be delivered, the attendant informed me that it was free for delivery, but I did not receive the goods, when I questioned that I had not yet received it, I was informed that I had to wait for the truck to fill to deliver. Honestly it was a lack of respect for whoever was their customer in time.
I realized that when I bought materials with high prices, there was no delivery problem, that is, if the value is low they deliver when they want, without even giving a position to the customer, leaving the work as a neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui sub estimado por fazer uma compra e pedir para um vendedor que na verdade não estava me atendendo entrou na conversa de outro simpático vendedor e me falou que a compra não poderia ser dividido em duas vezes no cartão de crédito.
Na verdade a mercadoria estava por um preço no pgto a vista e outro valor no crédito.
Não havia placa de preço nem a forma de pgto simplesmente um descaso com os clientes ,por fim falei com a pessoa do caixa e ela me colocou a realidade do valor a vista e parcelado.
Comprei por 10.00 reais a mais no parcelado e comuniquei ao vendedor que eles deveriam expor os valores
Fica a dica que a loja pode ser magestosa mas os atendimentos são muito ruins
I was underestimated for making a purchase and asking a seller who was not actually attending to me, joined the conversation of another friendly seller and told me that the purchase could not be divided into two times on the credit card.
In fact the merchandise was at a price in cash and another value in credit.
There was no price plate or form of payment, simply a disregard for customers, at last I spoke to the cashier and she put the reality of the cash value and installments to me.
I bought for 10.00 reais more in installments and I told the seller that they should expose the values
It is a tip that the store can be magestous but the service is very bad
