★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um imóvel há 30 dias e quando estava a procura do mesmo me encantei com a Santos & Mello pelo atendimento que recebi desde a especulação até o aluguel do imóvel que não mudou nem um minuto, mesmo eu ligando várias vezes com muitas perguntas o atendimento sempre o mesmo.
Tendo hj.no mercado vários imóveis para alugar,procurei muito e quero deixar bem claro que nao achei atendimento melhor.
Junto com o contrato de aluguel recebi uma cartinha de benvinda a Santos e Mello e quero aqui eu tb.parabeniza-los pelo atendimento e obrigado pela atenção

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária péssima, pessoas mal instruídas, ou na verdade são pagas para enganar as pessoas.
Aluguei um apartamento que as contas estão pendentes desde Dezembro de 2015, mais de 8 meses de conta em atraso. Já passou o dia e ainda estão vendo o que vão fazer, muita falta de responsabilidade, organização e respeito, não recomendo, não aconselho, não indico.
Tomem cuidado e verifiquem muito bem antes de fazer algum negócio com essa imobiliária. Sem contar que a pessoa responsável nunca esta presente para atender, e segundo a atendente Elisabete não atende telefone.

I rented an apartment which bills are pending since December 2015, over 8 months of overdue account. The day has passed and they are still seeing what they will do, very lack of responsibility, organization and respect, I do not recommend, do not advise, I do not indicate.

O corretor que estava me atendendo estava ausente, outra corretora marcou comigo para eu poder ver a casa depois da cliente dela, ou seja, eu perdi a melhor casa por interesse em se beneficiar da própria.
Eles demoram à responder e são bem desorganizados! Não recomendo a Ninguém!

A situação continua a mesma, não houve mudança, só piorou, Sem contar que suas formas de garantia estão totalmente fora da lei, não deixam trocar o seguro fiança, não entram em contato com o proprietário, nunca para funcionário sem contar que existem corretores exercendo essa função sem ter o CRECI é um absurdo, e o Jurídico dessa empresa penso que não conhece a lei do inquilinato,

Não tem respeito nenhum pelos inquilinos, atendimento ridículo, vergonhoso e mentiroso. Vão apenas se frustrar como eu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu imóvel com a Santos & Mello, para locação, logo foi alugado por uma locatária.
Depois de 6 meses a locatária rompeu o contrato de 1 ano, Deixando o imóvel Sem pagar aluguel, conta de água , luz e IPTU.
Fiquei no prejuízo, entrei em contato com a Santos & Mello, várias vezes e até agora não me ressarciram meu prejuízo.
Obs: O Ocorrido já faz mais de 1 ano e até agora não recebi Nada.
I left my property with Santos & Mello, for lease, soon it was rented by a lessee.
After 6 months, the lessee broke the 1-year contract, leaving the property without paying rent, water bill, electricity and IPTU.
I was at a loss, I contacted Santos & Mello several times and so far they have not reimbursed me for my loss.
Note: The Occurred has been more than 1 year and so far I have not received anything.
