I had a problem with my visa, I had gone elsewhere and they asked me at least 30 days to resolve it. But I got to Santy Assessoria through an indication and they simply solved my visa problem in just 1 day ... I highly recommend it

If today I have my Portuguese citizenship, it's because of them. The consultants were very attentive, always informing me about the next step, what documentation was missing and where to get it. If I have my European passport today, I owe them everything.

Objetivo: obter cidadania portuguesa; fui informado que seria viável.
Resumo... Esperando retorno até hoje, apesar de alguns telefonemas e mensagens que enviei, pra ter alguma explicação do não atendimento e da falta de interesse e atenção, até hoje, nada.
Awful!!!
I was there in January/22.
Objective: obtain Portuguese citizenship; I was told it would be feasible.
Summary... Waiting for a response until today, despite some phone calls and messages I sent, to have some explanation for the lack of service and the lack of interest and attention, until today, nothing.

Do início ao fim me deram todo o suporte necessário para que todas minhas dúvidas fossem esclarecidas e não deixaram nada passar, atendentes super atenciosos, a Santy se dispôs a acompanhar o meu caso junto a eles e tive um atendimento mais do que perfeito! I got my visa with them and it was approved! From start to finish they gave me all the support I needed so that all my doubts were clarified and they didn't let anything pass, super attentive attendants, Santy was willing to follow up on my case with them and I had a more than perfect service! I just have to thank the office, because they made a big dream of mine ❤️??

Terrible company! I know that Portuguese Citizenship is a lengthy process, but we started the process in 2019, but the company never gave us feedback on the process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Não recomendo a ninguém. Iniciei meu processo de cidadania portuguesa em DEZ/2019 e até agora estou esperando. O pior é que nem posicionamento nem feedback eles dão. Tive contatar inúmeras vezes nos últimos 6 meses para que me informassem o numero de processo na conservatória em Portugal que só me foi passado esta semana após muita insistência. Não respondem e-mail nem whatsapp e não cumprem prazos. Olhem no reclame aqui. Não sou o único. Total desrespeito com o cliente. FUJAM!!!
Bad experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. I started my Portuguese citizenship process in DEC/2019 and so far I'm waiting. The worst thing is that neither positioning nor feedback they give. I had to contact numerous times in the last 6 months to be informed of the case number at the registry office in Portugal, which was only given to me this week after much insistence. They don't respond to emails or whatsapp and don't meet deadlines. Look at the ad here. I'm not the only one. Total disrespect for the customer. RUN!!!
