★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total FALTA DE RESPEITO com os pacientes. Cheguei hoje 07/12/2020 com quinze minutos de antecedência com Dr. Waldo Lino, a clínica estava abarrotada, tinham 6 pessoas na minha frente e a recepcionista disse que ele é o único médico que cuida de perna e que seriam 2 horas de espera. Gastei dinheiro com Uber, estou esperando há uma semana pela consulta e com dores para chegar lá e ser desrespeitada desse jeito.. todos reclamando muito. Falta de consideração e respeito com o próximo. Vim embora e não indico ninguém.
 Total LACK OF RESPECT with patients. I arrived today 07/12/2020 with fifteen minutes in advance with Dr. Waldo Lino, the clinic was crowded, there were 6 people in front of me and the receptionist said that he is the only doctor who takes care of the leg and that there would be 2 hours of waiting . I spent money on Uber, I've been waiting for a week for the consultation and in pain to get there and be disrespected like that ... everyone complaining a lot. Lack of consideration and respect for others. I came away and I don't recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica é boa, médicos incríveis! Mas peca com atrasos nos horários das consultas e na dificuldade de se entrar em contato, marcar consulta por telefone é uma loteria. Números de telefone sempre dando ocupado.
The clinic is good, incredible doctors! But it sins with delays in appointment times and the difficulty of getting in touch, making an appointment by phone is a lottery. Phone numbers always busy giving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons, mas o atendimento é lamentável, te fazem esperar 2hs após o horário marcado, é surreal a falta de respeito com os pacientes que em geral possuem mobilidade reduzida ou são idosos.
The doctors are good, but the service is pitiful, they make you wait 2 hours after your appointment, the lack of respect for patients who generally have reduced mobility or are elderly is surreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde novembro com exames prontos que o Dr pediu que eu realizasse , com dor aguardando agendamento de um procedimento , ja cansei de enviar msg e ninguém agenda , será que estão me fazendo um favor!? Vou procurar outra clínica que tenha respeito pelos clientes !
I've been having exams ready since November that the Dr asked me to perform, in pain waiting to schedule a procedure, I'm tired of sending messages and no one schedules, are they doing me a favor!? I will look for another clinic that has respect for its clients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe médica excelente. Porém, a eternidade na espera para o atendimento é "Absurda". Demora entorno de 2 a 3 horas de espera para qualquer tipo de consulta. Muita falta de respeito com as pessoas idosas e os demais paciência que aguarda um atendimento ou simples retorno.
Excellent medical team. However, the eternity in waiting for the service is "Absurd". It takes around 2 to 3 hours to wait for any type of consultation. A lot of lack of respect for the elderly and the other patience that awaits a service or simple return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente estive hoje na clínica e mesmo com horário marcado esperei 1,5 horas e o atendente me informou que a espera seria de mais 1 hora. Estava lá para consulta com muita dor e não aguentei mais e desisti, achei um descaso total!!
Unfortunately I was at the clinic today and even with an appointment I waited 1.5 hours and the attendant informed me that the wait would be another 1 hour. I was there for a consultation with a lot of pain and I couldn't take it anymore and gave up, I thought it was a total neglect!!
