★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o dia que esta empresa causar uma fatalidade pela precariedade que põe os ônibus pá roda eu quero só ver, pneus carecas, o motorista tem que paga o pedagio pq a empresa não paga, vidros quebrados, um dia fui de ribeirão a franca o vidro da frente do ônibus simplesmente desmontou! uma vergonha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!! Utilizo o transporte todos os dias com o trajeto Ribeirão Preto/Franca e o ônibus cheira mal, é sujo e está sempre com baratas. É muito desagradável fazer essa viagem com insetos passando do seu lado!! Além disso já tive outros problemas como lanterna que não funcionava e já paguei mais caro na passagem e viajei em um ônibus sem ar condicionado
Horrible!! I use the transport every day with the route Ribeirão Preto / Franca and the bus smells bad, is dirty and always with cockroaches. It is very unpleasant to make this trip with insects passing from your side !! In addition I already had other problems like flashlight that did not work and I already paid more expensive in the passage and I traveled in a bus without air conditioning

Ônibus demora horrores para chegar na rodoviária de Franca e sair com destino a Uberaba, dá última vez era 18:40 e o ônibus que deveria sair 18:15 não tinha chegado, fui perguntar o motivo e a resposta foi de que eles estavam abastecendo naquele momento! Como assim abastecer 25 min após do horário em que deveria estar saindo da cidade?! Absurdo! As paradas são inúmeras, uma viagem que antes demorava cerca de duas horas para acontecer ,contando já com as paradas, hoje demora 3 horas ou mais, fora os atrasos da chegada até a rodoviária! Estão regredindo ao invés de progredir. Preço alto para o serviço precário, tem anos luz em que melhorar.
Very precarious service. Buses take horrors to arrive at Franca bus station and leave for Uberaba, last time it was 18:40 and the bus that was supposed to leave at 18:15 had not arrived, I went to ask the reason and the answer was that they were filling up at that time time! How can you refuel 25 min after the time you should be leaving the city ?! Absurd! The stops are countless, a trip that used to take about two hours to happen, counting with the stops, today it takes 3 hours or more, except for the delayed arrival at the bus station! They are regressing instead of progressing. High price for poor service, light years to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em uma viagem de Franca a Ribeirão, o assento do banco estava sem trava, o ônibus estava com mal cheiro, foi uma viagem super desconfortável. Não recomendo.
