★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço nem de perto justifica o contexto. Um expresso curto no valor de um quilo de café e uma tapioca atinge 4 quilos ao valor apenas da goma. Curtimos demais cafés e experimentamos sempre que a oportunidade acontece. Neste, dificilmente retornaremos. O mais lamentável é que domina a praça da grande Recife.
 The price doesn't even nearly justify the context. A short espresso worth a kilo of coffee and a tapioca reaches 4 kilos worth just the gum. We enjoy a lot of coffees and try them whenever the opportunity happens. In this one, we will hardly return. The most unfortunate thing is that it dominates the square in Greater Recife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima cafeteria, com cardápio diversificado com vários produtos regionais, tudo fresquinho, muitos feitos na hora. A seleção de cafés e cappuccinos são uma delícia, vale a pena conhecer cada um. Os bolos e tortas não vêm mais em fatia, mas feitos em porções individuais, sempre deliciosos e fresquinhos. Para acompanhar um café rápido sugiro as deliciosas torradas com queijo coalho assado, imperdível!
Great cafeteria, with a diversified menu with various regional products, all fresh, many made to order. The selection of coffees and cappuccinos are a delight, it is worth getting to know each one. The cakes and pies are no longer sliced, but made in individual portions, always delicious and fresh. To accompany a quick coffee I suggest the delicious toasts with roasted coalho cheese, a must!

The best São Braz in Recife. I've been to several in the city but they don't compare to the good service of the Coffe Shop store in Shopping Recife and the taste of the food. Congratulations to the whole team ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!! Incrível como a qualidade caiu de todos os produtos. Fui tomar capuccino com minha esposa com a tapioca de coco e queijo e uma porção de pão de queijo. Quando trouxeram foi uma mini tapioca, com massa dura, queijo frio e o capuccino sem o leite está vaporizado, horrível!! E ainda esqueceram de servir o pão de queijo. Sinceramente, espero que o proprietário do quioski tome providências quanto a qualidade do serviço, pois em nada faz jus a ter o selo São Braz.
Horrible!! Amazing how the quality of all products has dropped. I went for a cappuccino with my wife with coconut and cheese tapioca and a portion of cheese bread. When they brought it it was a mini tapioca, with hard dough, cold cheese and the cappuccino without the milk is steamed, horrible!! And they still forgot to serve the cheese bread. I sincerely hope that the kioski owner will take action regarding the quality of the service, as it does not do justice to having the São Braz seal.

O ponto negativo foi o atendimento na unidade do Shopping Recife (no térreo, próximo às escadas rolantes) - demorado, pouco atencioso (o pedido veio incompleto) e sem muita simpatia (dois casais ficaram insatisfeitos com o atendimento). Numa rede que é referência em cafés, numa cidade e local turísticos, é uma falha que compromete a expectativa da visita.
The products (coffee, cakes, etc.) are / continue to be very good, a visit to the chain's coffee shops is a must.

The downside was the service at the Shopping Recife unit (on the ground floor, next to the escalators) - slow, not very attentive (the order was incomplete) and not very friendly (two couples were dissatisfied with the service). In a network that is a reference in cafes, in a city and tourist place, it is a failure that compromises the expectation of the visit.
