★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital muito bom, com otimos médicos, equipes de infermagem treinada, local bem limpo, mas pra quem tem dinheiro e ou plano né?! pra quem não tem, gosto nem de imaginar no regional...
Very good hospital, with great doctors, trained nursing teams, very clean place, but for those who have money and or plan right ?! for those who don't have, I don't even like to imagine in the regional ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É até bom, mas, tem q torcer pra estarem abertos quando vc precisar. Senão, vc terá q pagar o "plano" e tbm uma consulta particular, em outro hospital, que não tenha fechado pra pandemia.
It's good, but, you have to hope to be open when you need it. Otherwise, you will have to pay the "plan" and also have a private consultation, in another hospital, which has not closed for the pandemic.

Havia acabado de ter um desmaio em casa e não me deixaram acompanha.lo. isso é um absurdo e não pode continuar assim. Ele não queria entrar sozinho e não tivemos escolha
I was very upset because I arrived with my husband early this morning at the hospital in São Lucas de Valadares at the age of 50 years. I had just had a faint at home and I was not allowed to accompany him. this is absurd and cannot go on like this. He didn't want to go in alone and we had no choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou filiado deste plano desde 2013 , quase não uso, quando vou ao pronto atendimento vejo o quão podre é por dentro, quem vê por fora acha que é limpo.por dentro ,mas é sangue nas maçãs as enfermeiras jogam pano limpo ensima daqueles sangue de outras pessoas eu tenho fotos que tirei lá de onde colocam a gente sentado numa cadeirinha de plástico para tomar sangue.existem uns meninos que formaram recente dizem ser médicos mas eles pensam que é Deus com a carteirinha de médico no bolso.o paciente chega nem bom dia fala já vem o médico com receita de tramol. Única coisa que sabem receitar ,paracetamol, trampo, omroprazole.que vergonha.acorda ..( ali tem alguns bons médicos)
I have been affiliated with this plan since 2013, I hardly use it, when I go to the emergency room I see how rotten it is inside, whoever sees it outside thinks it is clean. Inside, but it's blood on the apples, nurses throw a clean cloth over those blood other people i have pictures that i took there where they put us sitting in a plastic chair to take blood. there are some boys who graduated recently say they are doctors but they think it is god with the doctor's card in their pocket. the patient is not even good the day comes the doctor comes with a prescription for tramol. Only thing they know how to prescribe, paracetamol, trampo, omroprazole.what a shame.akes up .. (there are some good doctors there)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha, péssimos profissional na recepção, meu filho chegou com braço quebrado chorando de dor a moça da recepção queria documento dele com foto e carteirinha sendo que eu sou o Titular do plano e pago ele desde 2020 sem nunca ter Usado em emergência, daí um Clínico Geral muito educado por sinal pediu o raio X e disse que o Ortopedista iria seguir com o Atendimento ,só que não tinha Ortopedista de plantão, ligaram pra ele ,ele chegou 1:40 minutos depois pra realizar o procedimento no meu filho !obs :isso foi no Domingo as 13 hrs ,qual conceito deles de plano de saúde e Pronto Atendimento????Não recomendo,é cancelei o Plano na Segunda e fiz outro !
A shame, bad professionals at the reception, my son arrived with a broken arm crying in pain the girl at the reception wanted his document with a photo and card and I am the holder of the plan and I have been paying for it since 2020 without ever having used it in an emergency, hence a Very polite General Practitioner, by the way, asked for the X-ray and said that the Orthopedist would follow up with the Service, but there was no Orthopedist on duty, they called him, he arrived 1:40 minutes later to perform the procedure on my son! obs: this was on Sunday at 1 pm, what concept do they have of health plan and Emergency Care???? I don't recommend it, I canceled the plan on Monday and made another one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deus me livre vc paga ,paga quando vai usar nem deitar na cama para tomar uma in jecao eles te deita, e o local onde coloca o braço para puncionar a veia é tudo sujo de sangue. Eu tive plano saúde por anos, e sempre usei a upa do samaritano lá eu fui muito melhor atendido.

"VERGONHA" ,pronto atendimento não tem um médico capacitado paracrealizar uma simples sutura, e tiveram a cara de pau (Médica de plantão bocejando de sono) de me mandarem procurar o Hospital Regional.( minha sogra sofreu uma queda e estava com um corte profundo no labio inferior)acontecido Domingo dia 20/02/2022 por volta das 02:40h . UNIMED atendeu rapidamente sendo necessário realizar quatro pontos.?
In short, a ? "SHAME", the emergency room doesn't have a qualified doctor to perform a simple suture, and they had the nerve (Doctor on duty yawning from sleep) to send me to look for the Regional Hospital. (my mother-in-law had a fall and was with a deep cut on the lower lip) happened Sunday 02/20/2022 around 02:40h. UNIMED responded quickly, requiring four points.?
