★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me decepcionei com o atendimento na recepção e o atendimento via telefone ambos feitos pela funcionária (que parecia ser a mais antiga lá, não me lembro o nome), acredito que um treinamento sobre cordialidade, paciência e educação ao atender os clientes ajudaria, pois o atendimento em locais de saúde deve ter mais empatia do que em qualquer outro local pois atendem pacientes que muitas vezes estão preocupados, ansiosos e fragilizados. Segue o meu feedback para melhorar o serviço.
I was disappointed with the service at the reception and the service via phone both done by the employee (who seemed to be the oldest there, I don't remember the name), I believe that training on cordiality, patience and education when serving customers would help, because the care in health facilities should be more empathetic than in any other location as they care for patients who are often worried, anxious and fragile. Follow my feedback to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas experiências no laboratório nunca são boas. Acho o pessoal bem mal treinado e grosseiro. Sem dizer que há total falta de organização. Já colhi exame que alegaram não ter sido pedido, sendo que o mesmo foi. Tem muito a melhor se comparado com outros laboratórios. Não recomendo para amigos e familiares qdo me pedirem indicação.
My experiments in the laboratory are never good. I think the staff is badly trained and rude. Without saying that there is a total lack of organization. I have already collected an exam that they claimed had not been requested, and the same was. It has much better compared to other laboratories. I don't recommend it to friends and family when they ask me for an indication.
