★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento telefônico é péssimo, não atendem, ou a linha está ocupada, ou chama até cair a ligação... Um descaso com o cidadão, liguei várias vezes hoje sem retorno, vou ter que ir lá pessoalmente. É tempo que a gente perde, falta de consideração!
 The phone service is terrible, they don't answer, or the line is busy, or they call until the call is dropped ... A disregard for the citizen, I called several times today with no return, I'm going to have to go there in person. It is time that we lose, lack of consideration!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando falar nos telefones e ninguém atende.... a unica vez que atendeu tive que ficar ouvindo a funcionária conversando particularidades.
Depois não podemos falar mal de funcionários público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É de uma falta de respeito absurda, tem mais de 1 hr que estou tentando ligar direto ninguem atende o telefone, chama até cair diversas vezes. Etendo que estejam ocupadas mais quem procura por telefone tambem esta e muitas vezes não pode sair do serviço pra ir até o local e fazem pouco caso!
It is an absurd lack of respect, there is more than 1 hr that I am trying to call direct no one answers the phone, calls until it falls several times. Etendo that they are more busy who look for phone also this and often can not leave the service to go to the place and they make little case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil se comunicar, telefone nao atende e quando atende o ramal transferido nunca está disponível supervisores infelizmente demoram dar um parecer a respeito de nossas solicitações! Ficamos inertes a espera de um retorno.
Difficult to communicate, the phone is not answered and when the transferred extension is answered it is never available supervisors unfortunately take a long time to give an opinion on our requests! We were inert waiting for a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria saber de existe algum telefone que atenda, pois estou ligando desde dezembro, e os todos os números só dão ocupados ou só chamam. Impossível hoje liguei por uma hora sem parar em todos eles e só estão ocupados impossível!
Email não responde.
Dão vagas para homens e mulheres que coçam o dia td enquanto os pais que precisam ter seus filhos na escola não dão.

Email does not respond.
They give places to men and women who scratch all day while parents who need to have their children in school don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 60 dias que fiz q inscrição de minha filha na escola, 60 dias que aguardo a vaga a ela, mesmo sabendo que pelo instituto da criança e do adolescente toda criança tem direito a educação e una vaga em escola pública... a escola não tem culpa e sim o mal funcionamento nos órgãos públicos públicos encontramos aqui neste município. Péssimo!! Nada funciona, ou melhor nada funciona nos bairros longe do centro de cotia
60 days since I enrolled my daughter in school, 60 days I'm waiting for her place, even though I know that through the Institute for Children and Adolescents every child has the right to education and a place in a public school... the school doesn't have blame, but the malfunctioning of public agencies, we find here in this municipality. Ao contrário de vocês eu tive a "sorte" de ser atendida por 7 vezes pela telefonista, porém descobri o porquê delas não atenderem o telefone, não sabem passar a ligação, simplesmente não conseguem fazer a transferência, alguém que está lá com uma inexplicável incompetência, a pessoa, até tem boa vontade, mas muita falta de conhecimento.
Imagino que seja por isso que elas preferem nem atender o telefone, pois não saberão transferir a ligação.
Espero que ao verem essa avaliação, alguém ensine essas pessoas desprovidas de conhecimentos básicos para a função.
I read the comments and they are all the same... Unlike you, I was "lucky" to be answered by the operator 7 times, but I discovered why they don't answer the phone, they don't know how to pass the call, they just can't make it the transference, someone who is there with an inexplicable incompetence, the person, even has good will, but a lot of lack of knowledge.
I imagine that's why they prefer not to answer the phone, because they won't know how to transfer the call.
I hope that by seeing this assessment, someone will teach these people lacking basic knowledge for the role.
