Eu fui lá dia 8/2 as 9h. A recepcionista do prédio (não do escritório da Certificadora) que estava de manhã na portaria, uma morena, é uma mal educada. Mal humorada! Se não está satisfeita com o trabalho saia e dê ligar para quem quer trabalhar!
Good experience with the attendance of the Certifier.
I went there on 8/2 at 9am. The receptionist at the building (not at the Certifier's office) who was in the morning at the reception desk, a brunette, is a bad man. Grumpy! If you are not satisfied with the job, go out and give a call to whoever wants to work!

Volto aqui em 2020 para adicionar mais um comentário, que em plena quarentena do COVID-19, a empresa AR Sao Paulo me apresentou um serviço para renovação de certificado excelente, nota 10. Sistema que funciona, simples e objetivo! Muito obrigado!
I had a great experience with the company (Service provided by Khelvi). I was very well attended and in a single visit I already left with the Digital Certificate ready. I'll be back here in 2020 to add one more comment, that in the middle of the COVID-19 quarantine, the company AR Sao Paulo presented me with an excellent certificate renewal service, note 10. System that works, simple and objective! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando renovar meu certificado digital , fui ate a unidade da rua Estela , não consegui porque só estava com o RG escanado , pois estava aguardando o prazo de retirada do meu novo , eles não aceitaram tbm a minha carteira de trabalho que é um documento com foto ate ai tudo bem , fui no poupa tempo e consegui pegar o rg para fazer a renovação via videoconferência . Estou ate agora aguardando a boa vontade de alguém me atender na videoconferência e nada . Indignada com a falta de profissionalismo se querem fazer por videoconferência precisam ter no mínimo uma internet e um sistema que atenda ao seu cliente com excelência
I'm trying to renew my digital certificate, I went to the unit on Rua Estela, I couldn't because I only had my ID scanned, because I was waiting for the deadline for the withdrawal of my new one, they also didn't accept my work card, which is a document with photo so far so good, I went to save time and managed to get the rg to do the renovation via videoconference. I am still waiting for the goodwill of someone to assist me in the videoconference and nothing. Outraged by the lack of professionalism, if they want to do it by videoconference, they must have at least an internet and a system that serves their client with excellence
