Após questionar e tentar resolver o problema com a gerente, não foi solucionado o problema. A loja preferiu perder um cliente de longos anos, comprando regularmente a perder/ter "PREJUÍZO" de pouco mais de cem reais para troca a bola. Achei o atendimento insatisfatorio.
A customer of this store in Cicero Dantas for over 10 years, I recently bought a ball, along with other products, and after approximately 1 month the ball withered and I took the product to the store to fill the ball and it leaked through the seams of the ball. . After questioning and trying to resolve the issue with the manager, the issue was not resolved. The store preferred to lose a long-term customer, regularly buying instead of losing/having "LOSS" of just over a hundred reais to exchange the ball. I found the service unsatisfactory.
