Também são bem realistas e honestos quando algum item não tem conserto, ou não vale a pena consertar.
 All the bags and shoes I took to fix came back as new, and Anderson and his wife were always very polite and kind!
They are also very realistic and honest when an item is not repairable, or not worth repairing.
