I had a leather boot repaired (which they charged dearly and after 2 months) I could see the poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo tanto para concerto como para retirar o concerto deixei minha bolsa apenas para trocar o carrinho e peguei ela faltando um pedacinho descascado em baixo e na parte d cima faltando um pedacinho questionei o dono da sapataria o q tinha acontecido e ele simplesmente rio da minha cara então perguntei qual era o motivo da graca e ele continuou rindo... Quando cheguei no ponto vi q a bolsa estava desistirá onde ele soltou o zíper e na parte do zíper em vez de costurar ele passou cola, então voltei la e ele costurou com a cara e fez de qualquer jeito, decepcionada com esse lugar... Minha bolsa voltou pior do q deixei..
Lousy service both for the concert and to remove the concert I left my bag just to change the cart and I took it missing a small peeled piece below and at the top missing a small piece I questioned the owner of the shoe store what had happened and he just laughed in my face so I asked what was the reason for the grace and he kept laughing ... When I got to the point I saw that the bag was going to give up where he released the zipper and instead of sewing it he put glue on it, so I returned it and he sewed it with man and did it anyway, disappointed with this place ... My bag came back worse than I left it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar sujo e muito mal organizado. Deixei o sapato para colar o salto e quando voltei para retirar ninguém sabia onde estava. Eu mesma localizei numa pilha de sapatos jogados uns sobre os outros. Colou o salto mas não dá mais para usar porque escorreu cola pelo salto verniz e ficou horrível. Quando reclamei o atendende passou acetona e algum produto (que não sei o que é) com uma estopa de qualquer jeito e a emenda ficou pior que o soneto. Ainda perderam a caixa. Não recomendo.
Dirty and very poorly organized place. I left the shoe to stick the heel on and when I came back to remove it nobody knew where it was. I spotted it on a pile of shoes thrown over each other. Glued the heel but you can't use it anymore because glue ran down the varnish heel and it was horrible. When I complained the attendant passed acetone and some product (which I don't know what it is) with a tow anyway and the splice was worse than the sonnet. They still lost the box. I do not recommend.
