★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que precisei de um reparo no tênis ficou ótimo. Mas isso foi em 2016. Esse ano voltei e o serviço ficou muito mal feito, costuras extremamente grosseiras e aparentes. Caiu muito o nível. Quando questionada a balconista disse apenas "você foi avisado" (que ficaria assim).
 The first time I needed a shoe repair was great. But that was in 2016. This year I came back and the service was very poorly done, extremely crude and apparent seams. The level dropped a lot. When questioned the clerk said only "you were warned" (that would look like this).

É muita coincidência? Não, já retornei várias vezes pra refazer o serviço e nunca ficou bom.
Preço altíssimo.
Agora desisti de vez.
Não recomendo.

Olhou o serviço e a moça chutou qualquer valor e sem prazo de devolução. Não fiz. Recusei. Fui até a loja do shopping Higienópolis, e apesar de ficar sabendo ser da mesma dona, o atendimento foi excepcional, onde o rapaz efetuou o serviço no mesmo dia e em 1 hora, com valor menor daquilo que tinham me cobrado no venter norte.
Nota 1 para loja Center Norte e NOTA 10 para Loja HIGIENÓPOLIS.
North Center store service was poor. The person who would do the concert neither
Looked at the service and the girl guessed any amount and no return period. Did not. I refused. I went to the Higienópolis mall store, and despite knowing that it belonged to the same owner, the service was exceptional, where the boy performed the service on the same day and in 1 hour, with a lower value than what they had charged me in the north venter.
Note 1 for the Center Norte store and NOTE 10 for the HIGIENÓPOLIS store.
