★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, é uma sapataria do futuro pq cobra preços inflacionados no futuro. Nada justifica cobrar o triplo do valor que outras sapatarias de igual estrutura, e localizadas no mesmo bairro, cobram para um simples reparo.
É o livre mercado: Cobra quanto quer...
Contrata quem quer .

Coloquei uma sandália de couro para revitalizar e eles nem tiveram o cuidado de pintar da cor original no couro ou de uma cor que se aproximasse, ficou da mesma cor quando de quando eu levei "aspecto queimada". Eles levaram novamente para a loja de Vilas, quando fui buscar, após até da data combinada ainda não estava pronta. Gastei tempo, gasolina, estacionamento e ainda ouvi piadinhas das atendentes. O que salvou foi a gerente, Sueli, muito atenciosa e educada. O serviço não é barato, pelo contrário, um preço bem fora da realidade. Paguei R$100,00, a vista, para revitalização de um sapato, com péssimo atendimento e 20 dias de espera. Não recomendo para mais ninguém.

They took it back to the Vilas store, when I went to pick it up, after the agreed date was still not ready. I spent time, gas, parking and even heard jokes from the attendants. What saved her was the manager, Sueli, who was very helpful and polite. The service is not cheap, on the contrary, a price quite unrealistic. I paid R $ 100.00, in cash, to revitalize a shoe, with terrible service and 20 days of waiting. I don't recommend it to anyone else.
