★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um sapato para concertar dia 01/10, ficaram de avaliar se tinha concerto e me retornarem, escreveram meu nome e telefone no durex e colaram no sapato, hoje é dia 20/10 eu tive que retornar e descobrir que não tem concerto, nao me ligaram e quase não acharam o sapato.
Nem a ficha de entrada fizeram. Bem insatisfeita e revoltada !!!!!
I left a shoe to be repaired on 10/01, they were able to assess whether there was a concert and they returned me, they wrote my name and phone number on the durex and pasted it on the shoe, today is 10/20 I had to return and find out that there is no concert, no they called me and almost didn't find the shoe.
Neither did the entry form. Well dissatisfied and disgusted !!!!!
