HORRIBLE! I left a leather backpack to change the zipper, they said it would be ready in two days, and 10 days later I returned to get the backpack and they hadn't done the service yet, I was very disappointed because I needed the backpack to travel. I took the backpack back without proper repair. What a lack of respect and consideration for the customer.
