★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma bolsa em couro para fazer furos na alça já para ter um acabamento melhor e não estragar. Pedi para seguir o padrão de espaço entre as casas. Levaram a bolsa lá para dentro e picotaram a alça toda sem contar que por pouco não estragou a bolsa. Que não foi barato por ser de couro.
Decepcionada com o serviço prestado. Não indico não são caprichosos e não tiveram o mínimo cuidado com a bolsa. Reclamei na hora e me ignoraram.
I took a leather bag to make holes in the strap already to have a better finish and not spoil. I asked to follow the pattern of space between the houses. They carried the bag inside and poked the entire handle, not to mention that it barely ruined the bag. That was not cheap because it was leather.
Disappointed with the service provided. I do not indicate they are not capricious and have not taken the slightest care with the bag. I complained on the spot and they ignored me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima minha experiência, levei o tênis da minha filha, somente para trocar o velcro, eles deram um prazo de 3 dias, quando fui buscar tive que esperar 40 minutos para eles fazerem o serviço na hora, serviço mal feito, sem cuidado nenhum, colou o velcro em cima do outro.. mas se danificar novamente, vou voltar lá e eles vão arrumar de graça. Serviço de porco!!! Odiei, totalmente sem responsabilidade, sem compromisso com o cliente!!!!!!
My experience was terrible, I took my daughter's tennis shoes, just to change the velcro, they gave me a period of 3 days, when I went to get it I had to wait 40 minutes for them to do the job on time, poorly done, without any care glued the velcro on top of the other .. but if it gets damaged again, I will go back there and they will fix it for free. Pork service !!! I hated it, totally without responsibility, without commitment to the customer !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Deixei a bolsa da minha mãe lá para arrumar as alças, fui 4x tentar retirar e nunca estava pronto, eles davam uma data e não cumpriam o prazo. Levaram quase 1 mês para arrumar e quando cheguei lá para retirar, não estava pronta novamente. Deram uma desculpa qualquer, levei a bolsa e peguei o dinheiro de volta. Um absurdo total, falta de profissionalismo e mal atendimento.
Terrible service. I left my mother's bag there to fix the straps, I tried to remove it 4x and it was never ready, they gave a date and didn't meet the deadline. It took almost 1 month to fix and when I got there to pick it up, it wasn't ready again. They made some excuse, I took the bag and got the money back. Total nonsense, lack of professionalism and bad service.
