★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um serviço extremamente porco. Fui levar uma bota para trocar a parte do salto, o moço que me atendeu disse que colocaria da mesma cor que era (marrom claro) quando fui buscar ele tinha colocado preto a sola, fora que sujou toda a bota com cola!
Ainda se recusou a arrumar.
An extremely pork service. I went to take a boot to change the part of the heel, the guy who answered me said he would put it in the same color it was (light brown) when I went to get it, he had put the sole in black, and he got the boot all dirty with glue!
He still refused to fix it.

AINDA DISSERAM: "NAO TEMOS CULPA SE O MATERIAL NAO PRESTA" SENDO QUE MINHA BOLSA ESTAVA GAURDADA TODA RETORCIDA. INADMISSÍVEL, A BOLSA CUSTO 200,00. ATENDIMENTO PESSIMO, SERVIÇO PORCO E ATENDIMENTO PIOR AINDA.
TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, EXTREMELY THICK MEN, I TAKEN A BAG TO CHANGE THE ZIPER AND THEY RETURNED IT TO ME WITH THE LEATHER UNDOING, AN ABSURD BECAUSE IT WAS A NEW BAG!!! THEY STILL SAID: "WE ARE NOT TO BLAME IF THE MATERIAL DOESN'T WORK" BECAUSE MY BAG WAS GUARDED ALL TWISTED. INADMISSIBLE, THE SCHOLARSHIP COST 200.00. POOR SERVICE, PORK SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE.
