SAPATO: Levei pois a sola soltou. Chegando la o rapaz me disse que apenas colar resolveria, PAGUEI O SERVIÇO e retirei o sapado.
Usei o sapato uma vez e a sola soltou de novo, voltei la para consertar e o rapaz disse que devia mandar costurar e parafusar a sola, PAGUEI O NOVO SERVIÇO e quando cheguei em casa constatei que não tinha sigo aparafusado conforme prometido e o pior, o sapato estava todo sujo de cola nas bordas próximo a sola, voltei novamente la loja para solucionar no dia 15/05/18 e hoje 29/05/18 liguei para saber se estava pronto e fui informado que não.
MALA PARA POR RODINHAS: Levei uma mala de viagem para por rodinhas PAGUEI PELO SERVIÇO e quando retirei a mala percebi que fui lesado pois colocaram em minha mala um jogo de rodas usado e em péssimo estado, a mala mau fica de pé pois a posição das rodinhas estava errada, voltei novamente la loja para solucionar no dia 15/05/18 e hoje 29/05/18 liguei para saber se estava pronto e fui informado que não.
I took two items in this shoe store, a shoe polish and a suitcase to put on wheels.
SHOE: I took it because the sole loosened. When I got there the boy told me that just a necklace would do it, I PAID THE SERVICE and removed the shoe.
I used the shoe once and the sole loosened again, I went back to fix it and the boy said I should have the sole sewed and screwed, I PAID THE NEW SERVICE and when I got home I found that I had not been screwed on as promised and the worst, the shoe was all dirty with glue on the edges next to the sole, I went back to the store to solve it on 05/15/18 and today 05/29/18 I called to see if it was ready and I was informed that it was not.
CASE FOR WHEELS: I took a suitcase for wheels I PAID FOR THE SERVICE and when I removed the suitcase I realized that I was injured because they put in a suitcase a used set of wheels and in a bad condition, the bad suitcase is standing because the position of the wheels were wrong, I went back to the store to solve on 05/15/18 and today 05/29/18 I called to see if it was ready and I was informed that it was not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sapataria de rapida so o nome,,um lixo,nao tem comprometimento nem respeito com o cliente,,deixei uma mochila pra trocar os zipers,o cara me deu um prazo de 2 dias,,depois mais 2 dias em fim ficou 10 dias me enrolando, liguei apos o decimo dia o pessimo sapateiro me disse que em 40 minutos estava pronta fui buscar com 3hr depois ele nem tinha colocado a mao na mochila.
Quick shoe only the name, a garbage, has no commitment or respect with the customer, I left a backpack to change the zipers, the guy gave me a deadline of 2 days, then 2 days in end was 10 days me rolling, I called after the tenth day the poor shoemaker told me that in 40 minutes was ready to pick up with 3hr later he had not even put his hand in the backpack.
