Vendo os comentários aqui acho que dei foi sorte de encontrar fechado. Ainda bem que tem outras sapatarias.
I spent there at 11am on a Saturday morning and it was already closed. The cell number did not answer, but then I received a call from that number from a super unpleasant person, wanting to know who it was that called.
Seeing the comments here I think I was lucky to find it closed. I'm glad there are other shoe stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Deixei uma mochila para reparo, fui lá umas 4 vezes e o funcionário só ficava dizendo que estava ainda reparando. Por fim, 20 dias depois, me entregaram a mochila pior do que eu havia entregue e me disseram que não conseguiram fazer o conserto. Não recomendo.
Horrible. I left a backpack for repair, went there 4 times and the employee just kept saying he was still repairing. Finally, 20 days later, they gave me the backpack worse than what I had delivered and told me that they were unable to repair it. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!! Haviam prometido entregar meu sapato hoje, eu já tinha passado ontem pra perguntar e hoje de manhã. A funcionária riu da minha cara e disse que decidiu me entregar só ano que vem, pois tinham muitos clientes e colocou outra na minha frente. Me entregou o par de sapatos TODO DESTRUÍDO, isso mesmo, começaram mas não terminaram, e ainda me ironizou dizendo que era para eu usar assim mesmo!! Abusados, mal educados, atendem mal, cobram caro!! Pior Sapataria que já vi!! Fujam!!! Tive que jogar meu sapato no lixo!!
Terrible attendance!! They had promised to deliver my shoe today, I had already gone yesterday to ask and this morning. The employee laughed at me and said she decided to give it to me next year, because they had many customers and put another in front of me. He handed me the ALL DESTROYED pair of shoes, that's right, they started but they didn't finish, and he even mocked me that I was supposed to wear it anyway !! Abused, rude, poor service, expensive! Worst shoe store I have ever seen !! Get away !!! I had to throw my shoe in the trash !!
