★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência em serviço realizado em minha jaqueta de couro. Muito caro, havia alegação de que o serviço deixaria a peça realmente nova. Depois de dias cobrando entrega, que já ultrapassava os 21 dias solicitados, recebi uma jaqueta manchada e o couro enrijecido, muito diferente das promessas na contratação do serviço. E ainda houve a alegação final de que se eu não quisesse a jaqueta manchada, tinha que ter pedido para tingir, opção que em nenhum momento foi sugerida quando o serviço foi discutido. Decepcionado.
 Bad experience in service performed in my leather jacket. Very expensive, there was a claim that the service would make the part really new. After days of charging for delivery, which had already exceeded the requested 21 days, I received a stained jacket and stiff leather, very different from the promises in contracting the service. And then there was the final claim that if I didn't want the jacket stained, I had to have asked to dye it, an option that was never suggested when the service was discussed. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou bastante frustrado, me recusaram serviço porque queria uma manutenção parcial e não completa. Comentei o fato de estar chateado sobre a recusa de serviço e fui tratado com indiferença. Uma pena, fico sem muitas opções na vizinhança.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha jaqueta de couro para trocar o forro no dia 1o de setembro, me deram o prazo para o dia 29/09. No início de outubro me ligaram para avisar que havia atrasado porque não tinham encontrado o tecido do forro. Por isso do atraso. Me deram uma nova data (meio/fim de outubro) Alguns dias após a data perdi meu tempo indo lá , e o conserto não estava pronto. Depois disso ligaram para avisar que ia atrasar novamente me dando uma nova data. Retornei a loja e obviamente não estava pronto de novo. Me trouxeram a jaqueta com o conserto mal feito, dizendo que não me avisaram porque precisavam que eu provasse antes. Me deram uma nova data, depois outra... E quando fui buscar a jaqueta hoje (dia 1o de DEZEMBRO, pasmem). Do lado de fora da loja- sem espelho - pois tem restrição do número de pessoas internamente devido a pandemia - achei que finalmente tinha resolvido o problema.chegando em casa ao pendurar a jaqueta vi que estava com o mesmo defeito da vez que "fui provar". Devolveram o meu dinheiro com tanta rapidez que logo deu pra ter a impressão que já sabiam que tinham entregue um serviço defeituoso/mal feito.
Arrependida de ter perdido meu tempo, dinheiro, energia. E minha jaqueta quando entreguei tinha o forro rasgado, mas dava pra ser usada. Agora 3 meses depois vou ter que achar alguém que além de consertar o forro , tenha que refazer as bainhas também. Nem imagino custo, mas garanto que não vale a dor de cabeça de fazer NENHUM serviço de costura nesse lugar. Fui feita de palhaça . NAO CONSERTEM AS ROUPAS DE VOCES AQUI
I left my leather jacket to change the lining on September 1st, I was given the deadline for September 29th. In early October, they called me to let me know that I was late because they hadn't found the fabric for the lining. That's why the delay. I was given a new date (mid/end of October) A few days after the date I wasted my time going there, and the fix wasn't ready. After that they called to say they would be late again giving me a new date. I returned to the store and it was obviously not ready again. They brought me the jacket with the badly repaired, saying they didn't let me know because they needed me to try it on first. They gave me a new date, then another... And when I went to get the jacket today (the 1st of DECEMBER, amazingly). Outside the store - without a mirror - as there is a restriction on the number of people internally due to the pandemic - I thought I had finally solved the problem. When I got home, when I hung up my jacket, I saw that it had the same defect as when "I went to try it on ". They returned my money so quickly that I soon got the impression that they already knew they had delivered a faulty/poor service.
Sorry for wasting my time, money, energy. And my jacket when I delivered it had the lining torn, but it could be used. Now, 3 months later I will have to find someone who, in addition to fixing the lining, will also have to redo the hems. I can't imagine the cost, but I guarantee it's not worth the headache of doing ANY sewing work in this place. I was made a clown. DON'T FIX YOUR CLOTHING HERE
