★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima, efetuei um orçamento do meu Subaru Wrx 2012, onde os mesmo me passaram um orçamento no valor de 2.970,00. Mandei o veículo para efetuar a desmontagem embalei todas as peças e quando fui efetuar tive uma surpresa a empresa me ligou e falou que o orçamento passado foi errado e me passaram um novo orçamento no valor de 6.050,00. Dizendo eles que não viram que o carro era Subaru e pensaram que era um veículo Gol Ap porém nas conversas está bem descrito que é um Subaru e tem até imagem do câmbio mas mesmo assim a empresa não se posicionou e deixou eu com um prejuízo de mais de 2.000 reais ! Entrei em contato com a mesma e me deixaram de lado. Não recomendo empresa sem compromisso, péssimo atendimento. Uma empresa que não tem compromisso com o cliente já deixa a desejar com a qualidade do serviço ! NÃO RECOMENDO!
SENTIR MUITO NÃO REDUZIRÁ OS GASTOS QUE EU TIVE VOCÊS DEVERIAM AO MENOS TER VERGONHA E ASSUMIR O VALOR PASSADO AO CLIENTE, MAS COMO DISSE A VOCÊS AO TELEFONE E ASSIM QUE DIFERENCIAMOS OS BONS DOS RUINS !
A terrible company, I made a budget for my Subaru Wrx 2012, where they gave me a budget of 2,970.00. I sent the vehicle to disassemble, packed all the parts and when I went to have a surprise the company called me and said that the last budget was wrong and I was given a new budget in the amount of 6,050.00. Saying that they did not see that the car was Subaru and thought it was a Gol Ap vehicle, however in the conversations it is well described that it is a Subaru and even has an image of the exchange rate, but even so the company did not position itself and left me with a further loss of 2,000 reais! I got in touch with it and they left me aside. I do not recommend a company without commitment, lousy service. A company that has no commitment to the customer already leaves something to be desired with the quality of service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
FEELING TOO MUCH WILL NOT REDUCE THE EXPENSES THAT I HAD YOU SHOULD AT LEAST BE SHAME AND ASSUME THE VALUE PASSED TO THE CUSTOMER, BUT AS I TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE AND SO WE DIFFERENTIATE THE GOOD OF THE BAD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e falta de compromisso; fiz o pagamento de R$5.399,61 referente as engrenagens forjadas no dia 26/10/21 e depois de tanta enrolação fui informado somente no dia 06/12/2021 que estava sem estoque e que talvez teria produção no final de Janeiro/2022.
Poor service and lack of commitment; I paid R$5,399.61 for the forged gears on 10/26/21 and after so much winding I was only informed on 12/06/2021 that it was out of stock and that it might have production by the end of January/2022.
