Horrible service, I asked for 9:30 pm and it was 11:40 pm and nothing, and I gave up. Terrible service, a disregard for customers, if you don't realize it, don't do it with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pizza 19:00, demorou, mandei mensagem perguntando a atendente mentiu dizendo que tava saindo, deu 22:00 mandei mensagem novamente e já não me respondiam mais, online e ignorando o cliente. Depois mandei mensagem falando que se houvesse algum problema poderia cancelar e a mulher mentiu outra vez dizendo que não conseguia falar com o entregador. Deu 23:00 mandamos mensagem pedindo pra cancelar, a mulher foi super grossa com a gente. Pizza razoável porém o atendimento e organização péssimos, se não sabem trabalhar fechem as portas ou contratem alguém competente e parem de jogar a culpa no entregador. :)
I ordered pizza at 19:00, it took a while, I sent a message asking the attendant lied saying it was leaving, at 22:00 I sent a message again and they no longer answered me, online and ignoring the customer. Then I sent a message saying that if there was a problem I could cancel and the woman lied again saying she couldn't talk to the delivery man. At 23:00 we sent a message asking to cancel, the woman was super rude to us. Reasonable pizza but terrible service and organization, if you don't know how to work, close the doors or hire someone competent and stop blaming the delivery guy. :)
