Tanto o cavalo sofria como também a criança vendo o sofrimento do cavalo todo dia. Liguei pra Sara e ela atendeu e pediu pra mim ligar novamente as 11:30 pra lembrar ela. Fiz isso é falou pra mim que passaria pra verificar a situação do cavalo. Estou até hoje esperando. Nem visita e nem satisfação. Fiquei chateado não tanto pelo cavalo mais pela minha criança de 10 anos
My 10 year old boy has a horse. This horse injured its legs and was in a very complicated situation. Both the horse suffered as well as the child seeing the horse's suffering every day.
