★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Digo com todas as letras SantaLuz só vende pizza e hamburguer (de péssima qualidade por sinal).
Sobre o espaço: Mal inaugurou e já vai receber uma avaliação ruim. Tive uma péssima experiência no local, atendimento horrível apesar de alguns serem bem educados e prestativos, a comida levou (pasmem) duas horas pra chegar e quando fui no balcão reclamar já estava lá em cima do freezer esfriando(provavelmente sabiam de quem era e realmente já estava gelado), a cozinheira ou ajudante de cozinha em vez de trabalhar fica do lado de fora batendo papo, fiz dois pedidos de pratos e um deles só saiu pq fiquei praticamente na porta da cozinha esperando (algo que disseram que ia levar 20 minutos levou 2 horas pra sair e quando iniciou a produção na minha frente levou apenas 5 minutos). Cansei de ir prós lugares nessa cidade e só ter pizza e hamburguer e por sinal nesse lugar vende hambúrguer e pasmem saem primeiro mesmo tendo sido feitos os pedidos depois do seu.
Tudo uma zona, todo mundo perdido, de garçom ao chefe....
Já fui dono de restaurante e sei como é corrido quando as coisas saem do controle, mas é nessa hora que o responsável para de culpar os outros e põe a mão na massa para resolver as coisas, o dono desse espaço foi esforçado e após pedi diretamente com ele as coisas começaram a andar. No momento minha avaliação é negativa, mas quem sabe no futuro isso mude.

About the space: Mal opened and will already receive a bad review. I had a terrible experience at the place, horrible service despite some being very polite and helpful, the food took (amazingly) two hours to arrive and when I went to the counter to complain it was already there on top of the freezer getting cold (they probably knew who it was from and really it was already cold), the cook or kitchen help instead of working was outside chatting, I ordered two dishes and one of them only came out because I was practically at the kitchen door waiting (something they said would take 20 minutes it took 2 hours to get out and when production started in front of me it only took 5 minutes). I'm tired of going to places in this city and only having pizza and hamburgers, and by the way, this place sells hamburgers and, amazingly, they come out first even though the orders were placed after yours.
All a mess, everyone lost, from waiter to chef....
I used to own a restaurant and I know how it goes when things get out of control, but that's when the person in charge stops blaming others and gets his hands dirty to sort things out, the owner of this space made an effort and after I asked directly with him things started to move. At the moment my assessment is negative, but who knows in the future this will change.
