Cheguei aqui em Barueri recentemente e precisava cortar por conta de um compromisso. Então, pesquisei a barbearia mais próxima no Google e fui até lá. Ao chegar fui avisado que só poderia ser atendido com horário marcado. O cara me entregou um cartão e se despediu de mim. Pergunto: não era óbvio que eu era um cliente novo e merecia um melhor atendimento? Não poderia ter encaixado ou pedido para aguardar? Acontece que passaram-se 3 meses e resolvi dar uma nova chance. Liguei na barbearia ontem e uma moça atendeu dizendo: Estamos sem energia. Pode marcar outro dia? Eu sorri ao telefone e balbuciei: Tá difícil, viu! Ela: Não, deixa seu telefone que quando a energia voltar eu te aviso e a gente vê. Resultado: Estou esperando até agora. Não houve nenhum retorno no dia e nem uma remarcação (que poderia sim ter feito hoje, pois não tinha urgência).
CONCLUSÃO: Devem ter uma quantidade excelente de cliente fixos, pois não fazem questão nenhuma de atender bem os outros.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I arrived here in Barueri recently and needed to cut because of an appointment. So I Googled the nearest barbershop and went there. When I arrived, I was told that I could only be seen by appointment. The guy handed me a card and said goodbye to me. I ask: wasn't it obvious that I was a new customer and deserved better service? Couldn't have docked or asked to wait? It turns out that 3 months have passed and I decided to give it another chance. I called the barbershop yesterday and a girl answered saying: We're out of power. Can you schedule another day? I smiled into the phone and stammered: It's hard, see! Her: No, leave your phone and when the power comes back I'll let you know and we'll see. Result: I'm waiting until now. There was no return on the day and no rescheduling (which I could have done today, as there was no urgency).
CONCLUSION: They must have an excellent number of fixed customers, as they do not care about serving others well.
