★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estudantes em situação de vulnerabilidade são tratados com desprezo e de forma humilhante. Conheço inúmeros alunos que relatam abusos e assédio moral na assistência muito precariamente prestada, quando muito.
Vulnerable students are treated with contempt and in a humiliating manner. I know countless students who report abuse and moral harassment in the very precarious assistance provided, if at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha... convenhamos que trabalhar com gente é difícil. Com os alunos da universidade com certeza não é diferente. Mas a dificuldade do trabalho não é desculpa pro atendimento estúpido que essa gente presta pra gente. Parece que eles tem ódio dos estudantes, que não tem paciencia pra nada. É sempre horrível precisar deles, que seja pra uma dúvida boba que seja.
Look ... let's agree that working with people is difficult. It is certainly no different with university students. But the difficulty of the job is no excuse for the stupid service that these people provide for us. It seems that they hate students, they have no patience for anything. It is always horrible to need them, whatever a silly question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, por ser o único, lugar para se resolver questões universitárias como transportes e falar com sua assistente social. Uma pena o mal humor que paira sobre o ambiente, trabalhar com pessoas nunca é fácil, muito menos resolvendo rolos todos os dias, mas também não é desculpa para destratar durante atendimentos ou se esquivar de simples dúvidas.
Very good, as it is the only place to resolve university issues such as transportation and talk to your social worker. A pity for the bad mood that hangs over the environment, working with people is never easy, let alone solving rolls every day, but it is also no excuse to disentangle during appointments or avoid simple doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O discurso de inclusão é muito bonito, mas na prática a realidade é bem diferente. Não é por acaso que muitos estudantes estão deixando a universidade, que vai continuar sendo frequentada apenas por aqueles que tem ajuda financeira dos pais. Essa instituição é vergonhosa, está manchando a imagem dos profissionais da assistência social, uma profissão tão importante... Sugiro que todos os que se sentiram prejudicados entrem com uma denúncia no CRAS pra que essas pessoas tenham seus registros cassados e cedam seus lugares pra profissionais mais competentes e interessados.
The inclusion discourse is very beautiful, but in reality the reality is quite different. It is no coincidence that many students are leaving the university, which will continue to be attended only by those who have financial assistance from their parents. This institution is shameful, it is tarnishing the image of social assistance professionals, such an important profession ... I suggest that everyone who felt harmed should file a complaint with CRAS so that these people have their records revoked and give up their places to professionals more competent and interested.
