Todas as vezes que precisamos fazer qualquer agendamento de serviço é o mesmo estresse, uma burocracia, uma enrolação, atendentes despreparados que ficam transferindo a ligação até ela cair e temos que repetir todo o processo novamente. Eles já fazem um contrato de mais de 2 anos para que ficamos refém da sua boa vontade, com uma multa absurda. Cancelam atendimento sem aviso prévio. Enfim, decepcionada com essa empresa.
Sascar possesses a bad customer service. Every time we need to do any service schedule is the same stress a bureaucracy, stalling, unprepared attendants who are transferring the call to her fall and have to repeat the whole process again.
