★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofa dia 29/06/2018 prazo de emtrega que me deram 30 dias.ainda não me entregaram.segundo prazo que me deram agora 5/10/2018 ..Sac dessa empresa não funciona....NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM SATE COLCHOES.
I bought a sofa on 06/29/2018 deadline of delivery that gave me 30 days.not yet delivered to me. Second term that I have been given now 5/10/2018 ..Sac of this company does not work .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT WAY NONE SATE MATTRESSES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao seja enganado.Comprei um sofá na loja da Washington Luís e ficaram de entregar no prazo de 30 dias ... e já venceu o prazo ... Já fui na loja 3x pedir uma explicação ja que ninguém liga. E dão algumas desculpas e falam que a central vai ligar e assim passa semanas e nada. Vou ao procon.
Após 4 meses da compra ainda nao entregaram o sofá ...ja acionei o procon e agora estou acionando advogado.
Don't be fooled. I bought a sofa at the Washington Luís store and they were to be delivered within 30 days ... and the deadline has already expired ... I went to the store 3x to ask for an explanation since nobody cares. And they make some excuses and say that the central will call and so weeks go by and nothing. I'm going to the procon.
After 4 months of purchase they still haven't delivered the sofa ... I have already activated the procon and now I am calling a lawyer.

Como sou gato escaldado, na hora que avisaram que não tinha os colchões, já liguei p advogado, pois a única coisa que queria era meu dinheiro de volta. Para mim, não havia acordo de espera. Receberia no dia marcado ou dinheiro de volta na mão do advogado, ao meu lado. Não há acordo. Entrega marcada numa segunda feira, esperaria até quarta, as 12h. Na segunda mesmo, já entregaram no final da tarde. Não reclamei, não estava a fim de brigar...o advogado faria isso por mim e, avisei p a pessoa que me ligou. Graças a Deus, os colchões chegaram...não entendi muito bem, o tal papo que veio de são Paulo e nem sei se foi realmente os colchões que pedi, pois até aí, uma troca de etiqueta resolve qualquer problema, mas enfim....chegaram e NAO recomendo a loja.
Terrible experience. They hardly deliver on the day. Since I am a poached cat, when I was told that I did not have the mattresses, I called the lawyer because the only thing I wanted was my money back. For me, there was no waiting agreement. I would receive on the appointed day or money back at the lawyer's hand, next to me. There is no agreement. Delivery scheduled on Monday, I would wait until Wednesday, at 12 o'clock. In the second, they already delivered in the late afternoon. I did not complain, I was not in the mood to fight ... the lawyer would do it for me, and I told the person who called me. Thank God, the mattresses arrived ... I did not understand very well, the chat that came from São Paulo and I do not even know if it was the mattresses I asked for, because until then, a tag exchange solves any problem, but anyway .. .. came and I DO NOT recommend the shop.
