Uma das experiências mais constrangedoras da minha vida. Fomos destratados e humilhados. Fui ao rodízio após indicações de uma amiga, ao chegar pedimos as entradas, como em qualquer outro lugar, mas o proprietário, que estava no estabelecimento, se recusou a nos deixar escolher o que pedir. Mandaram combinados iguais, as mesmas peças em pratos diferentes. Ficou óbvio que queriam nos encher de arroz. Quando as entradas e sashimis chegaram, ninguém queria mais comer! Fomos dar um feedback à gerência porque gostaríamos de poder voltar, mas o proprietário foi tão arrogante que eu, sinceramente, vou contraindicar para quem eu puder. Nos acusou de não querer pagar! Meu querido, se você estiver lendo isso agora, saiba que foi um prazer pagar a conta desse lugar pela primeira e última vez na vida. O quadro de funcionários é muito gentil e educado, e não merece o patrão que tem.
I do not recommend!! The owner is an extremely arrogant person, does not accept criticism and differentiates customers "from rotation" to "la carte". One of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. We were disgraced and humiliated. I went to the carvery after instructions from a friend, when we arrived we asked for the tickets, just like anywhere else, but the owner, who was at the establishment, refused to let us choose what to order. They sent the same combinations, the same pieces in different dishes. It was obvious that they wanted to fill us with rice. When the starters and sashimi arrived, no one wanted to eat anymore! We went to give feedback to the management because we would like to be able to return, but the owner was so arrogant that I, sincerely, will recommend it to whomever I can. He accused us of not wanting to pay! My dear, if you are reading this now, know that it was a pleasure to pay the bill for this place for the first and last time in my life. The staff is very kind and polite, and does not deserve the boss he has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente - Sujo e escuro, não dá vontade alguma de entrar e comer, pouco convidativo.
Atendimento - Precário, um dos piores, se não o pior que já vi, garçom completamente despreparado e perdido no que estava fazendo. Diversas vezes tivemos que nós mesmos pedir por coisas básicas, fora os erros de pedidos.
Comida - Boa, porém o tempo de espera infelizmente excede BASTANTE o aceitável, passar mais de 30 minutos sem comida na mesa em um rodízio é algo irracional.
Preço - Bom.
Considerações finais - Por mais que a comida seja boa, o tempo de espera extremamente alto e falta de atenção com os clientes deixaram a desejar bastante. Não recomendo, a menos que seja o único aberto na cidade.
Ambience - Dirty and dark, you don't feel like going in and eating, not very inviting.
Service - Poor, one of the worst, if not the worst I've ever seen, waiter completely unprepared and lost in what he was doing. Several times we had to ask for basic things ourselves, apart from ordering errors.
Food - Good, but the waiting time unfortunately exceeds the acceptable, spending more than 30 minutes without food on the table in an all-you-can-eat is something irrational.
Good price.
Final Thoughts - As much as the food is good, the extremely high wait time and lack of attention to customers left a lot to be desired. I don't recommend it unless it's the only one open in town.

Além do atendimento ser ruim, seguram as peças, o sashimi é muito fino e pequeno (só liberam 10 lâminas por pessoa e só vieram 20 pra mesa), demoram pra entregar e fingem que você não está pedindo pra repetir os pedidos. Estávamos em 3, chegamos antes das 20h e pedimos rodízios promocionais. Saímos às 23:30 e comemos o equivalente pra apenas 1 pessoa. Aguardei a noite toda por uma barca de combinados que nunca chegou. Japonês péssimo! Não recomendo e não voltarei!
Terrible restaurant! The carvery is not worth the price it charges. In addition to the bad service, they hold the pieces, the sashimi is very thin and small (they only release 10 sheets per person and only 20 came to the table), they take a long time to deliver and pretend you're not asking for repeat orders. There were 3 of us, we arrived before 8pm and asked for promotional carvery. We left at 11:30 pm and ate the equivalent for just 1 person. I waited all night for a combined ferry that never arrived. Terrible Japanese! I do not recommend and will not be returning!
