★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não achei o atendendo bem humorado, e tem um telefone para contato, para você saber se o produto foi consertado, no entanto ele NUNCA é atendido. O local é afastado, e tive que ir lá para saber se estava pronto, e não estava, tive que voltar... Pode melhorar.
I didn't find the customer in a good mood, and he has a phone number to contact you, so you can know if the product has been repaired, however it is NEVER answered. The place is remote, and I had to go there to see if it was ready, and it wasn't, I had to go back ... It can get better.

Preciso da fritadeira no dia a dia e só vejo descaso do prestador de serviço

Então consumidor pense bem antes de comprar produtos Black e dacker e outros que tenho suporte nessa autorizada.
Pois o primeiro atendimento é maravilhoso
Mas depois fica difícil cara fica nervoso e fica te ligando se vc avaliar em em péssimo
Tô pensando em acionar a Black e dacker na justiça.
Pois aparelho com 29 dias deu problema
E agora a garantia com pirraça só vai me entregar com 30 dias .
Mesmo o aparelho estando pronto.
Só porque eu dei minha opinião e avaliação

Deixou uma boa impressão, apesar do local não ser dos mais bonitos, mas beleza não é nada nesse caso. Agora vou aguardar o conserto e a devolução do meu produto levado para assistência técnica.
